What if God's Lamb was never sent? <br />If God came not as man <br />If sinners weren't able to repent <br />As part of Heaven's plan <br /> <br />Beginning in Eden's Garden <br />At God's forbidden tree <br />If God would grant no one pardon <br />Would mean hell's flames for me <br /> <br />You too would not escape my friend <br />No freedom could be yours <br />No Saviour would your life defend <br />Before hell's open doors <br /> <br />Thank God this is all conjecture <br />To open sinners eyes <br />To see as a warning lecture <br />Before in shame one dies <br /> <br />How glad am I of this warning <br />The state I would be in <br />Ere facing life's final dawning <br />Festooned in wanton sin <br /> <br />So friend, please heed well my story <br />The facts I've had to share <br />The truth of my King of Glory <br />Here and everywhere <br /> <br />Take a moment to offer prayer <br />In faith your heart reveal <br />Know well, The Lord Christ will be there <br />To hear your soul's appeal <br /> <br />For sure life's Saviour is waiting <br />Just as He was for me <br />Speak truthful anticipating <br />Jesus will set you free.....<br /><br />Michael P.
