Residents struggle to move through the flooded streets of Buenos Aires.<br/> <br />Large swathes of the province remain submerged after torrential rains, Wednesday.<br/> <br />Historic tourist destinations are inaccessible to most visitors, and homes are flooded. Some residents are having a hard time finding dry clothes.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (Spanish) RESIDENT AND FLOOD VICTIM, SAYING:<br/> <br />"I have to ask my sisters-in-law for clothing for the children because they don't even have something to put on, all of the clothes got wet."<br/> <br />The locals have seen it all before -- the area is prone to flooding.<br/> <br />But it's of little comfort to those who are still waiting for power lines to be repaired, electricity to be restored, and life to return to normal.
