EDITOR'S NOTE: VIDEO QUALITY AS INCOMING<br/> <br />ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION)<br/> <br />Eric Frein, the survivalist who was a suspect in a sniper shooting that led to a weeks-long and massive manhunt, was captured as part of a routine sweep and not from a tip, Pennsylvania law enforcement officials said on Friday (October 31).<br/> <br />Frein, who was captured on Thursday night and held with the handcuffs of the Pennsylvania trooper he is accused of slaying, arrived at court on Friday to face murder charges.<br/> <br />"This was not the result of a tip or a sighting. This was the result of an ongoing pressure put on Frein by law enforcement," said Lt. Col. George Bivens of the Pennsylvania state police at a brief news conference shortly after Frein's arraignment.<br/> <br />Prosecutors will seek capital punishment for the 31-year-old survivalist, who faces a first-degree murder charge and one count of homicide of a police officer, among other charges, Pike County District Attorney Raymond Tonkin said
