The internet was shocked and disgusted at a video that surfaced earlier this week showing the daily catcalls and harassment the average woman has to put up with while walking through New York City. <br /> <br />While some people saw this video as a sound reason to discuss issues around society’s treatment of women, many more took the opportunity to parody the Hollaback campaign video. <br /> <br />Comedy video makers Nada Original sent out a man dressed in drag to walk the streets of Los Angeles for 10 hours to see the sort of response he received. <br /> <br />Passers-by make the obvious comments, such as shouting ‘that girl got hair on her legs’, despite the fact the person walking is clearly a man and even has a beard. <br /> <br />It’s not all derogatory though, many random people declare the brave man to be ‘sexy’ and he even gets a round of applause as he walks along the Hollywood Walk of Fame. <br />The creators of the video claim the video is strictly a humorous piece, and is not intended to make light of the Hollaback campaign video. <br /> <br />‘This Video is a comedy parody and have NO intentions in disrespect to the original,’ they said.
