Pilot error is not being ruled out in the deadly crash of a Virgin Galactic suborbital space plane.<br/> <br />Officials think the plane's special wing tips -- called feathers -- designed to essentially fold the craft into two and create drag as the plane re-enters the atmosphere -- were deployed too early.<br/> <br />The new information comes from the plane's data cards... providing loads of telemetry, or communications, data...<br/> <br />As well as on board cameras, including one inside the cockpit.<br/> <br />SOUNDBITE: CHRISTOPHER HART, ACTING NTSB CHAIRMAN, SAYING:<br/> <br />"Review of that camera is consistent with the telemetry data that the feather lock-unlock lever was moved by the co-pilot from the locked position to the un-lock position....
