Days of heavy rain in Argentina's Buenos Aires province have turned these streets into rivers, sparing neither man nor beast.<br/> <br />The fast-moving waters even buried a section of highway about 70 miles from the country's capital.<br/> <br />Residents were forced to wade through almost-waist high waters, while others used small boats<br/> <br />Some used styrofoam rafts to transfer possessions they had managed to salvage from the floods.<br/> <br />The floods shut down a 150 schools in the area.<br/> <br />Authorities reported that over 5,000 people across 23 districts had been evacuated.
