This is usually the kind of rain you wish would go away.<br/> <br />But despite the flooded streets, residents of Sao Paolo, Brazil are welcoming heavy rainstorms this week.<br/> <br />The area is in the middle of its worst drought in 80 years.<br/> <br />Thirty-five municipalities in Sao Paolo state have had to ration water and millions of residents have seen their taps run dry.<br/> <br />The main reservoir feeding the area is at just 3.4 percent capacity.<br/> <br />This week's rain stopped it from going even lower but meteorlogists say even with more rain on the way it won't be enough to fill the reservoir up again.
