Jesus Christ, was a preacher... <br />To get His point across, to others, <br />He was a teacher. <br /> <br />He taught, to others, the words <br />Of God, our Father... <br />Jesus, taught to us, <br />To not let others, <br />To us, bother. <br /> <br />Jesus liked to teach, by using a parable... <br />He taught to us, that we are not, so terrible. <br /> <br />Jesus, healed the blind, and the sick... <br />He was a teacher, and preacher, <br />This, was, His trick. <br /> <br />He had the miracle power... <br />He knew, His time was short, <br />His, shortened hour. <br /> <br />He was soon, to be put to the cross... <br />That is why, His being, soon, would <br />Be our loss. <br /> <br />He would walk on water... <br />He would change, water, to wine. <br /> <br />He was a most Holy one, <br />Our, loving, thine. <br /> <br />He arose, on the third day... <br />So that we would not <br />Remain in sin, unto, our final day. <br /> <br />Jesus, had to, carry, His own cross... <br />Because, He was, our own, sacrificial <br />boss. <br /> <br />Through, His own Holy being... <br />We will be, forgiven and seeing. <br /> <br />Our eyes, have been opened... <br />Our sins have been cleansed <br />And our minds, rinsed, and <br />Soap-ened.<br /><br />Michael Gale<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/jesus-was-our-sin-cleansing-soap-bar/
