Thank You Lord for answered prayer <br />Each day that I'm a witness there <br />And as Thy Word is shared and all <br />I sweetly sense the Spirit's call <br />I make a checkmark on my list <br />You have worked and You have blessed <br />What a moment t'is to my heart <br />That You have had a special part.......thank You Lord <br /> <br />Thank You Lord for answered prayer <br />When duty calls when You are there <br />Divine appointments being fulfilled <br />As Thou has ordered as Thou hast willed <br />Not a minute early or a minute late <br />As just upon Thyself we wait <br />To see Your hand in everything <br />I cannot but with praises sing.........thank You Lord <br /> <br />Thank You Lord for answered prayer <br />We're not just speaking to empty air <br />But to Thy throne of grace we come <br />With our petitions every one <br />On the knees of our hearts in prayer <br />With contrite broken hearts that care <br />And know beyond a shadow of doubt <br />Great grace and mercy You'll pour out...thank You Lord <br /> <br />Thank You Lord for answered prayer <br />I see it's evidence everywhere <br />I hear the sound of a rushing wind <br />Mighty deliverance over sin <br />Believers alert to the needs of others <br />A bonding of both sisters and brothers <br />An awareness of our soon coming Lord <br />A revival of preaching of Your Word.....thank You Lord<br /><br />Gary James Smith<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/thank-you-lord-26/
