I'm back in Salisbury this week, filming trains with Yadkinrailfan91, and this is a usual Salisbury Switcher with a caboose in the back. NS 7061(return), and 5061 are going down the S-Line, i'm thinking that they are picking up a crew on just switching at Majolica. Then they come back up and headed back to the yard and switching on to the Charlotte District before letting NS #135 depart for Asheville.
Then both the Switcher and #135 both blow their horn at 11th street. This is like a race, who will make to the Henderson Street Crossing first?
Then NS (Former Conrail) #8407, #9906 & CEFX #3158 have a manifest hitting the S-Line and going up to Asheville, with conductor Clay Watson. And the Switcher heads back to the yard after dropping off boxcars to a plant about a mile from here. This was the first time a moving Caboose was added to my list, I've seen Cabooses at The Transportation Museum just of the road from here.
And always good to hear the Original Conrail Horn on this unit.
