I went to the woods every chance I could <br /> Cause I had a special friend like all kids should. We didn't have toys and were too young for boys, <br /> so we played in the woods and in the stream, <br /> and sometimes the critters would make us scream. Then we giggled and laughed and did it again and again, <br /> Thinking back is like yesterday, not way back then. You see my special cousin lived where I loved to go, <br /> And no one will believe it, but her name was little Mary Flo. I've never forgotten the fun we had, <br /> To have her as my cousin and friend makes me real glad. We're not young any more and don't play in the stream <br /> where those old critters were always making us scream.
