My memory walked along the pathway <br /> of old times and days gone by. <br /> I thought of many pleasant days <br /> And times when I was spry- <br /> I lost the last of all my doldrums- <br /> As I walked down memories lane <br /> Those paths were bright and shiny <br /> Tho they'll never come again. <br /> But then I thought of other pathways- <br /> (which I'm happy they are gone!) <br /> I'm glad that they are hidden <br /> In the shadows of life's dawn.<br /><br />Catherine G.
