Why God let me live a little longer, <br />in my heart I know why. <br />He let me know that life and death, has a greater meaning that lies beyond the sky. <br />My sickness taught me how to suffer, and constantly call upon his name. <br />Today my prayers have been answered and because of him I've changed. <br />For my life outside the body of Christ, could have taken me to my grave. <br />But that wasn't his plan for me or why my life he saved. <br />My life today is a living testimony of a God who can wipe away all tears.<br /><br />Clarice McClain<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/love-let-me-live/
