Within myself I fight I struggle. <br /> Knowing there is something for me, <br /> About me that makes me special. <br /> <br /> My soul, how it loves me so. It being <br /> Me fights with all it's love. <br /> Wanting more of the light less of, <br /> Darkness. <br /> <br /> Knowingly I thought the travel would <br /> Be glorious but in it's shortness <br /> As the next hill stared me directly. <br /> <br /> With each passing step upwardly <br /> I grasp for the light ensuring it would stay. <br /> Losing sight of the obstacle, blocking the light.<br /><br />Daniel C.
