As I search the autium sky <br />I watch the birds learning to fly <br />When out of the distance something catches my eye <br />When to my eyes I catch a surprise <br />When I know it's not the fourth of July <br />Two planes come out of the sky <br />When I see them crash in to the world trade center <br />Is this the end of the world? <br />No I see the world trade centers with with gas and smoke <br />So I need not choke no I will survive to tell the tale <br />For the people shall wale scream for justice <br />Have they forgotten about us as the trade centers turn to dust? <br />We shall turn to our president <br />Bush will cushion our fall <br />America stands for freedom <br />Freedom for us all <br />Our backs are not against the wall <br />We shall answer the call <br />We shall defend the red white and blue <br />Watch out for the person <br />We will be coming for you<br /><br />Fredrick McDonald<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/an-autumn-day/
