I was sitting on the floor <br />My head leaned back against the wall <br />I was holding my arm <br />I felt my emotions fall <br />Theres no cause for alarm <br />I do this all the time <br />and when I'm done <br />I will always say I'm fine <br />It's like a preritual <br />to help me start my day <br />But, something happened last night <br />I really went out of my way <br />I dwelled in the pain real deep <br />It hurt so much <br />I couldn't even sleep <br />Things started to get scary <br />I needed to yell <br />The pain started to pass <br />It still hurt like hell <br />This was a scary night <br />What more could I tell.<br /><br />Victor Osorio<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/scary-night/
