The moon is full yet not bright! <br />For an angel has no right <br />To call her darling at this night. <br />The moon is full yet not bright! <br />A meteor passed through that night <br />Swooping down to flash some a light <br />Stopped askance 'why is the moon not bright? ' <br />A scary whisper came from a yonder light: <br />'The moon can't be bright till she gets her right' <br />Where is her knight? He Screamed <br />Did he know about her? <br />Did he ever please her? <br />Did he know that the moon is not bright? <br />Is it his fault to make her alike? <br />Or is it mine who shouldn't have asked? <br />Mine!
