That is what I firmly believe. <br />I understand that some people find it hard to believe in God. <br />So do we all, at times. <br />We are human beings. <br />Why does God let us commit these sins against our own kind? <br />Because, I believe, we would not be people if we did not have freedom to think for ourselves. <br />Why then does God let us suffer tragedies that the earth herself is guilty of? <br />We live in a physical world, and such are its constraints. <br />If you were God yourself, you would understand. <br />But just because you are not God does not mean that you should not try to understand. <br /> <br />(Friday,4th November,2005.)<br /><br />David Mitchell<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/there-is-a-god-2/
