This shower’s never hot enough <br /> Not hot enough <br />However high I turn the knob <br />It runs hot for a minute, quite hot, then lukewarm <br />And there it stays. <br />It’s been like that for months and weeks and days. <br />So should I call my plumber, PhD? <br />Or call my best friend Lotty, “me me me”? <br />The plumber, though he plumbs, is out to rob <br />And Lotty may well think I’m out to warn <br />Her of the cost of owning….homes…. and stuff. <br />Unreasonable demand for constant flow? <br />Well, this tank needs refilling and a spot <br />Of tinkering, because it may be slow <br />But come on God!
