How I wish I could tell you this.

You let it all crash down. Can’t you see him? You put him in that
darken corner of himself. I’m just watching the pieces come un-glued,
and I can’t stop it this time. He needs to learn this pain is going to help. In his mind he knew the whole thing would come crashing down. Tell me if your thinking of him, and say what’s being thought of. Rushing in the mind of the bleak is the burning word love. I made him crazy and fall into bits. You cut your name deep into his mind, the cut is still fresh even after all the past time. Just to lay next to you would be the world, to smell your fresh clean skin, could send him to the moon. But no. You won’t even let him. Now every stare will startle, talking will strangle, touching will without a doubt kill. He has changed just look, but don’t let him catch the stare. He’ll get false hopes
if he catches it. But can’t you see the blanks his eyes are holding. Do you see the way his hands shake as he takes the paper from you. Will you hear the calling in his voice, the calling of a hurt heart. And all you had to do was say love, you could have lied but now it’s to late he opened himself to you and you shut the door. Things can’t be the same. Girl pick up your head and see your mistake. You lost him for good, he went deep into himself and will never be seen by love again. You broke his ableness of loving. now no girl can see the true him, and what he could have done.

If only you would listen to this.

Brandy McLemore

http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/all-has-been-said/
