Black roses faint in the garden of Sad Dreamers. <br />There are dangerous hopes, <br />Old prayers that do not work, <br />Fist made of iron is this sour obsession <br />That holds their hearts in devotion. <br /> <br />Fear is as strong as it has ever been, <br />But life... it seems to fade, <br />So much that it cannot be seen. <br /> <br />Only sadness and tragedy live here, <br />In the garden of sad dreamers... <br /> <br />Love can be born in one night, <br />A star birth can take place in one minute, <br />The Sun can forget to shine in a century... <br />But the sad dreamer will live for an eternity <br />In his black lonely cradle made of insecurity! <br /> <br />Two Black Swans signal another tragedy, <br />A white swan sings, wishing for death, <br />The forgotten blessing floats easily... <br />On the lake of empathy. <br /> <br />©Elya Thorn.
