I witnessed the agony in her gesture. <br />As she held back her hand. <br /> <br />Trying to breathe her passion dead, <br />She managed to smile and say… <br /> <br />“We tread the forbidden path.. retract” <br /> <br />All I could ever see… were her eyes <br />Not the Summers they had seen.. <br /> <br />All I could feel was her heart.. <br />Not the faces it eternally caged… <br /> <br />All I could taste was her tenderness.. <br />Not the hint of folds on her hands <br /> <br />All I could dream of was her presence.. <br />Not the doubting fingers of the world.. <br /> <br />I dared to erase with my shade.. <br />..The scars her soul flourished <br /> <br />Her desires fired with my courage.. <br />As my devotion challenged her control <br /> <br />With Her my hopes shaped to life.. <br />Fire to Radiance..
