Are you ready for dictation? <br />Then listen to creation, <br />Slowly words that reach fruition, <br />Find a way to your location. <br /> <br />Quickly one by one they <br />Swiftly take possession, <br />One by one they hurry by, <br />Seeking out their destination. <br /> <br />Rhyming words doing verbs <br />In fact all sort of words, <br />Some change some rearrange, <br />As they dance across the page. <br /> <br />First a sentence then a line, <br />Paragraphs come just in time, <br />Next a page, soon a chapter, <br />How many more to capture? <br /> <br />Stories written, tales are told, <br />Of people who have been bold. <br />Fears faced they bravely hound, <br />Their reservations underground <br /> <br />Romance of hero, who was parted, <br />Sweetheart torn from him, he cried, <br />Decides to take a camel ride, <br />By caravan he sought and found his bride. <br /> <br />Work is done, yarn createdd, <br />Novel written, pages sorted, <br />Chapters checked, paper printed, <br />Book is bound and title found. <br /> <br />Stillness taught so vision comes, <br />Quietly listened, words abound, <br />Silenced mind so story writes, <br />Pictured all and work was found.<br /><br />Bob Blackwell<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/what-words-can-do/
