Getting angrier and angrier <br />My stress levels going higher <br />Getting more and more irritated <br />Getting it out is what is needed <br /> <br />Punch a wall <br />Letting my stress levels fall <br />Punch it again <br />Feeling the pain <br /> <br />Punching a cushion doesn’t relieve it <br />It doesn’t make me feel the pain, when I hit it <br />It has to hurt, to satisfy me <br />So it’ll relieve the stress, you see <br /> <br />It’s looking like a form of self-harming <br />I know it seems alarming <br />I tried hitting suming soft, although <br />It didn’t make my stress go <br /> <br />But it’s only when I get proper angry <br />Not when I become unhappy <br />It’s not the same as normal self-harming <br />Although it’s probs still alarming<br /><br />Becky Ginn<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/form-of-self-harm/
