I am a lost dreamer
I wonder if the lifeless entities that haunt you are searching for me
I hear their footsteps coming closer
I see glimpses of twisted images and the horrifying fate, unchangeable
I want to feel the warmth of the blindingly bright sun and feel the icyness of the chill moon and her pinprick sized companions
I am a lost dreamer

I pretend to be innocent, but really am a murderer
I feel you, my hope, drawing closer, but I fear to touch you
I touch the neverending darkness and try to find forgotten memory
I run swiftly along this eerie street, but no egress appears
I cry silently with dry tears, but still finding no comfort
I am a lost dreamer

I understand only the swiftness and accuracy of my superiors, the demons, and yet I still find pity inside of my cold, black heart
I say nothing, no breath shall leave this body!
I dream and only dream, as life and death are one and the same
I hate this curse of eternal service, but woe behold them when it is their time to pass.
I have learned, observed, scrutinized their movements and someday will gain revenge
I try to obtain this goal, but for now...
I am a lost dreamer

Nessi dreamer

http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/i-am-a-lost-dreamer/
