Oftentimes, I am let down <br />by people in whom I've placed a great amount <br />of confidence. <br />I find myself puzzled by it. <br />Why do I find it surprising <br />to be fooled time and time again <br />by the same type of event? <br />I've come to the conclusion that, <br />in some form or another, <br />the trust I place in such people <br />is but a lesson to be learned. <br />Each time I find myself confused <br />by the hurtfull actions another human being, <br />I get the same glorifying feeling <br />in knowing that I must, <br />in some way, <br />be better than such a person <br />by simply taking time to realize <br />I might just have be taught some sort of morals <br />that others haven't taken into consideration.<br /><br />Amanda Lukas<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/just-a-thought-2/
