Along the beachside ocean shore,
Where winged angels and seraphim soar,
Stretching close to that seaward way,
As the sunrise begins the day,
The green ocean-tide hushing the shore,
Where grand nature did beauty bore,
And along the horizon clouds do part
As bright morning does tender the heart,
The clouds with silver linings do part way,
As the aurora creates a regal display,
Of a golden-clad angel in full armor stride,
Rising up from the depths of that ocean tide,
Rising up and shedding the glory of light,
Beginning the day and ending the night,
That sun rises high above the green waved ocean,
Invoking such pleasure and great emotion,
That two lovers at the edge do embrace,
Watching a world unfurl with grace,
As the waves flow with endless ease,
And a wind flows through the trees,
Whispering leaves as the breath of peace,
As all other aspects of life do cease,
While these two lovers do embrace,
One-winged angels face to face,
Holding one another to make one wing two,
And high above the ocean these lovers flew,
While the sun shone stoutly above the tide,
Above that great green ocean shore side,
The lovers flew proudly and high above,
The lovers fell into an everlasting love.

Josh Weiss

http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/angels-9/
