Once in India lived a statesman <br />He was a teacher by profession, <br />Like both my parents, sincere and dedicated <br />His simplicity was very much appreciated. <br /> <br />He once said about the skin colour <br />White people are like half toasted bread, <br />Black people are like over toasted bread <br />Both these breads are neither tasty nor good. <br /> <br />Perfect toasted bread’s colour is brown <br />The colour of the people of his land <br />He taught them to be proud of being Indian, <br />He was India’s second president Radhakrishnan.<br /><br />Vikram G.
