Where has the time gone? <br />I'm thirty years old <br />My hair is about to grey <br />My cheeks becomes hollow <br />I have lost all the weight <br />and still unemployed <br /> <br />Where has the time gone? <br />My fellow friends have settled down <br />with a job and married <br />they have kids <br />and I am still rocking for myself <br />with a tag of unemployed <br /> <br />Where has the time gone? <br />everyone is too busy <br />too busy to visit <br />The children they have <br />working, fishing and such <br />and I am still rocking myself <br />with giving competitive examinations <br /> <br />Where has the time gone? <br />I keep busy reading and studying my courses <br />keep active in preaching others. <br />praying for the sick <br />giving to the poor <br />and for me a subservient job <br />feeding the good for nothing <br />telling someone about <br />how to get the job and passing competitive examinations? <br />my time has gone to serve the family, <br />with all of my heart.<br /><br />Mahfooz Ali<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/where-has-the-time-gone/
