I dont pray... <br />what will people say? <br />I tried to chant, <br />but I found I cant, <br />temples and rituals, <br />not my cup of tea, <br />something even better, <br />which lets me be me... <br />I talk.every minute..every hour to Him, <br />dont need quiet, nor the light to be dim, <br />Hes my friend, my saviour, always with me, <br />to every question, every happening, <br />he holds the key, <br />amazes me with solutions, <br />which I, thought could never be, <br />stuns me with his grace, <br />my cup never empty.. <br />we converse on any topic <br />any question in my mind, <br />He answers in His unique way, <br />always gentle, always kind, <br />and when things dont go well, <br />as sometime they are ought to do, <br />i Know He is there to help me, <br />and steer my way through, <br />Have faith he seems to say, <br />This too shall pass... <br />every obstacle is to learn from, <br />but how many know that...alas <br />live life to the fullest, Hold my hand and follow me.. <br />I am always there for you...as long as you love me.<br /><br />Arti Chopra<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/i-dont-pray/
