My poems are simple <br />they are words from the heart <br />easy to read, <br />even from end to start, <br />some are sad, some good fun <br />so simple, that I was thought <br />to be a child by one, <br />I sit down and write <br />whenever the mood takes me, <br />poems are my outlet <br />when melancholy, overtakes me, <br />but best of it is the fact, <br />there are many like me, <br />lovely friend I have made <br /> on this poetic journey, <br />you can almost guess correctly <br /> at the nature of the writer, <br />if he's calm, or agressive, <br />a do'er or a fighter, <br />and of course no better way <br />to say thanks, or anything at all <br />when you play with words, <br />you can have a real ball. <br />so cheers to us poets... <br />hope the words keep on flowing, <br />keep on writing, till you don't know..... <br />whether you are coming or going.<br /><br />Arti Chopra<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/simple-poetry/
