So many times I'd wonder where you'd be. <br />Whether you were home alone, <br />Sitting by the phone like me? <br />I wanted to call you... <br />Now that I'm available and free. <br />But I remember how we parted... <br />And you have 'Caller ID'. <br /> <br />I use to cry when we broke up. <br />Feeling physically and mentally drained. <br />And nothing could satisfy what I felt! <br />Feeling betrayed and blamed! <br /> <br />And I still have your number, <br />Engraved in my heart! <br />With a wedding band returned and refused! <br />I'd like to think there are memories to rekindle. <br />But I know you have better things to do! <br />'I have better things now..'
