The moment I opened the door <br />That smile that melted my heart <br />Showed up in a Mickey Mouse jacket; <br />Tall, blonde, with blue mosaic eyes - <br />Thank You God! <br /> <br />I'd seen you from a distance <br />Standing there like some Greek god - <br />What star did you fall from? <br />Landing there in my parking lot <br />Innocently catching my eye; <br /> <br />Should I check you out? <br />Would you even be interested? <br />I'll just dropp off a card and ask, <br />'Coffee, wine or conversation - <br />Call me if you're unattached.' <br /> <br />The old guy across your hall <br />Called to say 'Hello! ' <br />'I'd like to come over for that glass of wine.' <br />'Thank you for the invitation!
