Well its just not at all funny. <br />Those comments that <br />some of you make. <br />I pour out my soul, <br />wear my heart on my sleeve, <br />even surrender my pride. <br />I go for a run to clear my sore head, <br />and suffer the pain of typing in vain, <br />looking for rhymes <br />that even in infinite time, <br />will never to be so sublime, <br />as the ones that you find two a'penny. <br />My heart is aching, my mind, <br />Its still racing, my fingers are sore, <br />and my soles all worn out from the running. <br />And when I finally post <br />the words that I’ve found, <br />you only can offer some phrases <br />as worn and as thin as the soles of my shoes, such as <br />Good Write, Well done, or That’s Clever! <br />Well give me a break <br />here’s a novel idea, <br />how about giving a comment or two, <br />where I could honestly saye, <br />with my tongue in my cheek, <br />Well Done, Good Comment or That’s Clever!<br /><br />David Taylor<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/seriously-good-write/
