God, please help me! <br />This heartache I'm suffering is the mother of all heartaches. <br />Never in my life have I ever had to deal with something so painful... <br /> This heartache is the mother of ALL heartaches! It aches with every fiber of my being! <br />That heartache is the loss of my mother. <br /> Lord, I know that you will never give us more than we can handle, so that's why <br />we tend to come to you. Please forgive me for waiting so long to bring it all back to where it belongs. <br />I also know that everything happens in your time, not ours. Please, help me to be able to <br />(honestly) accept that! God, I love you and know that only you know what is best. <br />Our reasoning is not the same as yours so I just need help so I can move on. Forgive me. Please? <br /> Maybe it's the selfish side of me that feels that I need to understand. <br />My mom used to be the healthiest woman I ever knew. When she started, years ago, to get sick... <br />that's when everything went downhill for her. God I want to understand, I hurt so bad! ! ! <br /> She suffered but only for a short time. Thank you for keeping her strong <br />and keeping her sense of humor 'til the end.
