Sharing Computer Time <br /> <br /> <br />'Someday I'm going to have my own computer', she said <br />That's what my daughter said with tears shed <br />'I never get to go online anymore <br />I'm the one that's always ignored' <br />(She being the youngest of our family of four) <br /> <br />I said, 'Oh I think not <br />I'm the one that's caught in a spot' <br />The three others get to spend all their time <br />Enjoying themselves online. <br /> <br />If ever I want to go on <br />It's long after midnight or way before dawn <br />No time to read or comment on my PH scene <br />I'm lucky to post and then be unseen <br /> <br />Really would love to read them all <br />But my window of time is very small <br />Once in awhile I get a day to myself <br />Leave my books on the shelf <br /> <br />Come and visit you all <br />Read your poems and have a ball <br />Still I can't get to everyone <br />I have to pick and choose then run <br /> <br />Off to work, cook a meal <br />Laundry, parents, time too heal <br />Maybe I'm better off without computer time <br />I'll just sit back and work on my rhymes <br /> <br /> <br />25 June 2007<br /><br />JoJo Bean<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/sharing-computer-time/
