You can manage being Bipolar, <br />I am a very high-functioning Bipolar because I work hard to be... <br />as they say normal. <br />What the hell is normally anyway...especially in this day and age, <br />right-on? <br /> <br />YOU CAN DO IT.......I'M LIVING PROOF OF THIS. <br /> <br />My oh my, bipolar am I, <br />now really I honestly set out to try, <br />it usually don't work out, I get super angry, <br />and super irritable, <br />then in seconds flat I begin to cry, <br />feeling like a total fool I start to scream and yell, why, why, why! <br /> <br />There are times when I just don't care, <br />then I rant and rave that life just ain't fair, <br />there are times when I zone-out and do nothing but just stare. <br /> <br />I take a good bit of pills everyday, <br />if I wanna stay sane, <br />this is my ONLY way. <br />Lithium is my main pill it allows me to be able <br />to maintain and stay stable. <br /> <br />It is not easy being bipolar at all, <br />there is a really big chance that stress will make <br />it possiable for me to trip and to fall, <br />I truly enjoy the good days when I am really proud <br />and I am walking tall. <br /> <br />Everyday I use my own mental type therapy and by this <br />I made myself see, <br />that there are other people out in this world that are <br />far more worse than me, <br />now taking my medicine, <br />this is the most important thing for me to <br />have a stable living, <br />also making room for my own forgiving, <br />this allows me to be the one <br />and only me! : -)<br /><br />Linda I.
