Dear Mouth- <br />Concerning your recent behavior: <br />I have noted that there has been a lack of communication <br />Between you and my close acquaintance, Brain. <br />It seems that every time i feel the need to express anything <br />Verbally or otherwise, <br />You (coincidentally) decide to reside in silence, <br />Still and unsurreptitiously open and inconvenient <br />For all useful and necessary tasks such as speaking, etc. <br />This spontaneous reaction creates a loss of connection <br />With the afore mentioned Brain, who in his frustration <br />Screams and rants, and slowly becomes filled <br />With meaningless nothings in an attempt to release <br />All and any form of communication, <br />Thus causing a tremendous amount of stress upon myself <br /> <br />This problem is being addressed with the specific note to timing <br />In that it always seems to appear promptly in the appearance <br />Of the opposite sex (usually attractive in one way or another) <br />And continually occurs for the duration of the time in which <br />The presence of the opposite sex resides in my general direction, <br />Causing high stress, emotional, physical, mental, etc. <br /> <br />As it is beginning to become a rather cumbersome habit, <br />And one in which usually negative outcomes occur <br />I would like to request that you please try to remain useful, <br />Especially at the times mentioned above, <br />As it is extremely embarrassing to attempt to compensate <br />Where compensation is almost null. <br /> <br />Please consider this and have an answer for me as soon as possible, <br />As another friend of mine, Self Confidence, <br />Is starting to become a little deflated and discouraged. <br /> <br />Kindest regards, <br /> <br />Myself <br /> <br /> <br />(10/16/07)<br /><br />Fallen Too Far<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/dear-6/
