Sitting by the roadside, <br />head cupped in my hands, <br />people pass me by and stare, <br />but no-one understands.. <br /> <br />Everyone just shakes their heads, <br />as they go on by, <br />see me through my dark despair, <br />'kids today! ' they sigh.. <br /> <br />I get up and i shove my hands, <br />into the pocket of my jeans, <br />yhey say its only 'puppy love' <br />when your in your teens.. <br /> <br />But i don't think it's puppy love, <br />this emotion that i feel, <br />no love could be this strong, unless, <br />of course it real! <br /> <br />I walk in circles daydreaming, <br />i plod on in a daze, <br />everybody waits for me, <br />to grow out of this faze.. <br /> <br />Well, they can go on waiting, <br />but they will wait a long long time, <br />if it's a faze im going through, <br />it won't end till your mine! <br /> <br />Then suddenly admisy my dreams, <br />i saw you standing there, <br />i tried to look the other way, <br />but i just had to stare.. <br /> <br />I watched you walking down the street, <br />and you looked up at me, <br />my eyes lit up with love, <br />but still your eyes refused to see... <br /> <br />You walked on by but as you did, <br />your smile it touched my hearts, <br />you don't know what you do to me, <br />and that's the saddest part.. <br /> <br />If only you could see the pain, <br />you put me through each day, <br />when i have to hide within my heart, <br />the words i long to say.. <br /> <br />I know you'll never love me or, <br />atleast that's how it seems, <br />so i'll jusy go back to my private world, <br />of being yours in dreams... <br /> <br />And i sit myself back down again, <br />head cupped in my hands, <br />people pass me by and stare, <br />but no-one understands...<br /><br />I wish i was as invisable as he made me feel<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/no-one-understands-3/
