Winter’s filibuster fades to mumbles. <br />The delegates are nominating Spring, <br />signifying their favor by piercing <br />soil with green digits. Birds work <br />the precincts, natural politicians: <br /> <br />quick with impromptu speeches, <br />always groomed, crisply garbed, <br />well coiffed. I support Spring.
