In the evenings Im greeted with warm kisses as he returns home from work, <br />He tells me he loves me so much he doesnt know what he would do without me in his life, <br />We make love Its tender Its compassionant, <br />I have love <br />Why am I alone? <br />I lye in bed beside him I love him unconditionally, <br />I touch his warm skin my heart skips a beat, <br />Without him I would die, <br />Yet Im empty inside, <br />I just want to shut everything in life out and be alone, <br />My world is black, <br />My mind is worried about every moment of nothing, <br />I have It all big and small, <br />I have love <br />Why am I alone? <br />With every breath I breath I think what happened to my life, <br />Im so unhappy Im so sad <br />I reach out for help and feel myself falling, <br />Im so angry <br />I have love <br />Why am I alone? <br />Im screeming cant you hear me cant you feel me, <br />You and me together thats what I always prayed for, <br />Years I cryed Years I thought I would just die, <br />Then one day it all went together, <br />God answered the prayer I screemed out at night as my tears poured with my heart tore, <br />So now I ask him why am I alone?<br /><br />Denise Watkins<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/i-have-love-yet-im-alone/
