As I look back on my life again <br />It’s been 65 years to be exact <br />So many things have happened <br />It’s very hard now to keep track <br /> <br />I wonder how I found the time <br />Or the energy to keep up the pace <br />Like connecting dots upon a map <br />Difficult now to even trace <br /> <br />Friends, so many though the years <br />And places that I’ve lived <br />Sometimes I feel zapped out <br />Not much left for me to give <br /> <br />But I know I’ll keep moving on <br />To the next chapter, it’s true <br />I know that I’ll meet many folks <br />Hey, perhaps I’ll meet you too!<br /><br />Marilyn Lott<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/from-my-past/
