The sun is starting to set <br />The breeze starts blowing through her beautiful hair <br />She sits there with tears running down her face <br />I try to wipe them away but she pushes me away <br />The time we both knew was coming finally arrived <br />The day to say good bye <br />It felt like we were saying good bye to everything we ever had <br />Good bye to laughter, butterfly kisses, but most of all, the love we had for each other <br />The love that had created so many unforgettable memories <br />The look on her face sent tears down my face for the first time in over 3 years <br />She looks at me with her beautiful brown eyes and wipes them away <br />That is when I realized <br />Love is real <br />Love is the most amazing thing anyone could ever ask for <br />The hugs and kisses are over <br />I don’t have a choice now but to leave our love behind <br />Its time to begin a new life at college <br />I wish you could come but the time has come to say good bye <br />Good bye for now but hopefully not forever <br />Love never ends <br />Love is real<br /><br />jason zas<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/saying-goodbye-to-love/
