God watches as you labor through the day <br />And judges you as you lay a sleep <br />Judging if your only soul <br />Will be worth its Heavenly keep <br /> <br />He sends us Angels <br />To help our souls to mend <br />And some of us are fortunate <br />To get to call them friends <br /> <br />He sees all that we do <br />He hears all we have to say <br />And gives us a splended sunset <br />Just to finish up the day <br /> <br />He sends us songbirds <br />To help our hearts to sing <br />And He gives us blossoms <br />To show us that it is now spring <br /> <br />He is always right there <br />When ever your in doubt <br />Just pray in a whisper <br />There are never any reasons to shout <br /> <br />He'll walk beside you <br />Every step of the way <br />Listening very carefully <br />To all you have to say <br /> <br />Though you may not see Him <br />He is still right there <br />Walking along beside you <br />To carry the burdens you might bare <br /> <br />He will always be there <br />Through thick and through thin <br />And if you'll just let Him <br />He'll be your best of friends <br /> <br />Oh He's always right there watching <br />And knows everything you say or do <br />And will be the first to give a hand <br />If only, you would ask Him to <br /> <br />So the next time, you hear a noise <br />You just might not be alone <br />It might be God walking with you <br />Guiding you straight up to his throne <br /> <br />Wrote 1/5/2007 by Norman Hale Jr.<br /><br />norman hale<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/god-watches-us-all/
