Stollen moments in the night as <br />the kaddie dids were singing <br />We danced to their music <br /> <br />Darkness and yet a slight hue of light <br />that casted a slight shadow on your face <br /> <br />Singing love spoken words, and kisses <br />inbetween, is where we shared our <br />afterhours, even the park bench had <br />our names engraved in a heart <br /> <br />Looking at each others eyes we knew <br />we could feel beneath all that kindered <br />our souls, we both knew commodities this <br />valuable would only be in our dreams <br /> <br />Possessing each others feelings, we <br />needed no longer to explain, a vision, no <br />it was one soul blended from two hearts <br /> <br />Love after the loving always seems to <br />become complicated, there are too <br />many obsticles to get distracted from <br /> <br />Rather than rationalize the importance <br />of what mistakes each of us would regret <br />for a lifetime, seemed rather non existant <br /> <br />Like a story with a beginning, and a middle <br />there was no ending, nor will there ever be, <br />maybe this is what eternal love means like <br />a story untold.........<br /><br />Bonnie Collins<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/a-story-untold/
