Should not society bear the burden <br />Of what....guilt cannot erase <br />Every soul a soldier fighting <br />On that battlefield of faith <br /> <br />Through example teach the children <br />That bigotry is simply learned <br />The passion will lay in ashes...ruined <br />With the book of hatred burned <br /> <br />And church pews on Sunday morning <br />Where segregation shares an equity <br />Will release God's name from bondage <br />...Then......only then....shall we all..be free<br /><br />James B.
