Carousel of tears night after lonley night <br />never stopping and never starting continuing <br />on the same evolution <br /> <br />Our tunnel of love now seemed to come <br />to its end, followed by the roller coaster <br />and not to mention the ferris wheel <br />of endless hope <br /> <br />Magic flowing in the night air <br />with the lights aglow, winning <br />my cupid heart, and sharing <br />a candy apple we enjoyed <br />all that the big top could offer <br /> <br />Capturing each and every <br />excitement well knowing <br />that the midway will close soon <br /> <br />So after winning the biggest teddy <br />bear you could find, and taking <br />all the photos with love written <br />on our faces <br /> <br />We silently walked as the lights <br />went out and now I am left with <br />this carousel of tears.......<br /><br />Bonnie Collins<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/carousel-of-tears/
