Today after an age <br /> I saw daybreak <br />The dawn being born…. <br />Like a butterfly <br />Bursting through the <br />Closed fist of dark’s cocoon. <br /> <br />The sun’s first fragile rays <br />Like the unfurling wispy wings of <br />The colorful Admiral, <br />Battling with the oblivion <br />Of a sleepy horizon’s <br />Ambiguity <br /> <br />Ache surrendered to <br /> Catharsis <br />As I watched the demise of Night <br />Awed at the wisdom of <br />This age old ritual <br /> Of naissance. <br /> <br /> <br />It was as though <br />I witnessed <br />The auntumn <br />Of all my ails <br /> In this magnificent confessional <br />Of Daybreak<br /><br />wardha jawdat<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/purgatory-8/
