As i sit outside on this hot summer night <br />i look around and see nothing in sight <br />The full moon lights up the sky <br />while the stars reflect in my eyes <br />I hear the wind blowin through the tall trees <br />and i find myself on my back enjoying the cool breeze <br />I extend my arm out to play in your soft hair <br />then i realize that you aren't even there <br />Now i remember why i came out to this place <br />to reminisce and think about ur beautiful face <br />As i layed there I fell asleep and ended up dreaming <br />but shortly threreafter i woke up screaming <br />I soon realized that this was my reality <br />set in stone just like the laws of gravity <br />I guess its time that i finally see <br />that im living in a world of fantasy<br /><br />cody lalonde<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/fantasy-42/
