For the time I live and for <br />the days on its count <br />remarkably, on a scenic ambience <br />I crave to harvest seven notes <br />from ocean of divine music, <br />to play on my seven stringed Veena* <br />my fingers move ascent and descent <br />on those seven strings <br />to pulsate melodic surprises <br /> <br />From seven notes on scales <br />low and high variants <br />I tug my fingers on strings <br />to formulate a mesmerizing <br />musical format <br />from the seven marvels and from <br />the seventy two fundamental <br />melodic modes I want to <br />compile a unique symphony. <br /> <br />White lotus petals hold my dreams <br />and a goddess* steers me <br />in a haven, I want to sit and <br />play my Veena to stimulate <br />divine music garnered from <br />knowledge of melodies–Sama Veda* <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />To my dear reader friends, <br />*Veena - Carnatic Classical Music Instrument, (Indian classical music is of two forms Carnatic Classical and Hindustani) .
